Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of californiaquotecenter.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by AWIS, a licensed California insurance agency. By using the Site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What This Site Is
The Site is a quote-request service. Submitting the form asks our licensed agents to prepare insurance quotes for you from multiple carriers. The Site does not itself sell insurance, and no coverage is bound, issued, or in effect by submitting a request. All quotes are estimates; final rates, eligibility, and coverage are determined solely by the issuing insurance carrier after underwriting.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for individuals 18 years or older seeking insurance for vehicles in California.
3. Consent to Be Contacted
When you check the consent box and submit a quote request, you provide your electronic signature and express written consent for AWIS to contact you at the phone number and email you provided about insurance products, including via phone call, SMS/MMS text message (including automated technology and prerecorded messages), and email. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Calls may be recorded as disclosed at the start of the call.
4. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current information. Quotes based on inaccurate information may change or become unavailable at underwriting. Misrepresentation on an insurance application can have legal consequences and can affect claims.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site's content, design, and branding are owned by AWIS or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Content on this Site is general information, not legal, financial, or individualized insurance advice. Rate examples and comparisons are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AWIS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under California insurance law that cannot be limited by contract.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AWIS against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law. Venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
